REALLY yummy vegan chili
 
OK, this is cooking right now in my crockpot, and I'm ready to jump in and eat it all!

It uses bulgur instead of TVP or any other fake meats, which I know my dh will appreciate, because he's not a fan of fake meat :P

yay! vegetarian chili is the best and so easy to put together and play from what's in your cabinet!

bulgur.. I haven't ever used that before. Would whole wheat berries work the same.. ??

I'm not sure about the whole wheat berries, but I saw that other people used tvp. The bulgur was REALLY cheap though, so I appreciated that :D They have it at the bulk bins at Wild Oats and Whole Foods. I had never looked for it before trying this recipe.

Yum :P~ Cocoa in a chilli is really good. I would add cardamon too. Love it.
