I take 6 grams a day. If you start off with that amount you may have nausea or vomiting. I would start at about 2-3 grams. I think the final dose depends on why you are using it. Higher for detox or weight loss maybe lower for controlling blood sugar. I gave DS about 1500 mg when he took it and it did a fine job.

yes you would take it if for anemia because it is high in iron.

I take it like candy. :giggle I get the chewable nut ones, from the Raw Food World. I take it for the iron and heavy metal detox.

If it's used to detox heavy metals then I assume it's not safe while breastfeeding?
