Discolored loose tooth?
 

Cadens tooth is ready to fall out but it's getting fiscolored. Is that from it losing its blood supply or should I call the dentist/be concerned for his adult teeth?

If this is a loose baby tooth that is wiggly and falling out, then it's because the tooth has lost its root, and that area that used to have live pulp inside the tooth is filling up with clotted blood instead. It's fine. It's a dead tooth, and thus, the dead look of it.

:yes No need to call about the tooth unless he's got signs of pain/infection. Otherwise what happened is the tooth's root absorbed as it died to fall out so it's looking like a problem tooth - but it's falling out so no need to fix anything :).
