I need cube steak recipies

hit me with your faves!! I don't usually buy cube steak, but it came in my grass fed beef co-op:heart

and I know how to fry it with gravy- hoping for healthier or crockpot ideas!!

I'm on my phone so I can't link it, but google marlboro man sandwich by pioneer woman. Amazing! Although...not exactly healthy :)

We do ours with teryaki sauce for stir-fry, use it for really tasty tacos/enchiladas, and occasionally just season and eat straight (usually me, for breakfast, as I'm running late :giggle). No recipes, though...

I made this the other day, with Guinness instead of redwine: http://www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/b...rite-beef-stew

Was fantastic. I put a bit of sugar in just to combat the slightly bitter taste of the beer, but that was early in the cooking time and probably by the end I wouldn't have thought it needed it.

I third the Pioneer Woman Marlboro Man sandwich. Oh, it's so delicious.
