Aloe Vera Juice
 

I've found a drink that I want to try to help me burn some tummy fat, it includes aloe vera juice, does anyone know anything about AV juice? I've never used it/had it before. I've started a work out to tone my tummy too and it says to have one glass once a day in the morning. I'm still feeding naomi once a day (which I hope to stop soon) before bedtime. I think I've seen AV juice in the local supermarket but I've not specifically looked before.

My dh has been drinking it, I think combined with lemon juice? His mom swears by it and told him to drink it. He think it's helping his stomach go down too. I don't know if I can tell that much of a difference, but it's definitely a thing people do! I got it online at iherb, but it's probably the same thing you can get at the grocery store. I haven't tried it to tell you how it tastes though!

It is very healthy! I wish it tasted better though.

Trader Joes sells large bottles of it.

I used to drink it and like the taste, however, I would not drink it now. It has 23 grams of sugar in one cup. It is high in vitamin c and b-6, but those can be found elsewhere.

I'm just having 3 tablespoonfuls per glass once a day so I'm not worried about the sugar. It's got honey, ginger powder and lemon juice with it too. It tastes disgusting with the ginger powder, I hate ginger, but tastes quite good with the lemon juice and honey on their own. It's to be taken on an empty tummy to help boost metabolism.
