Crunchy Asian noodles with veggies and a thai style sauce. I'm adding chicken to make it a complete meal.

Salmon. Not sure what I'm doing with it. The kids don't like it, but dh & I do. don't really want to make 2 meals, either. :think

My kids LOVE salmon BUT when I make a meal that I know they're not big fans of I just go a little heavier on the sides. So even the ones who won't eat much of the main part can fill up on the other dishes.

Baked fish with a little mayo + fresh herbs on top. Roasted potatoes and broccoli.

This was actually very good :tu I cut the amount of cloves called for in half. I skipped the carrots (DH missed them). DH said, "This is the closest thing I've had to Dinty Moore in a long time!"

I am making carob brownies for dessert.
