I want THAT!

We're having leftovers. Pizza for the kids and I, chili for hubby (he had pizza for lunch).

Dh is going to grill some strip steaks. There are potato wedges in the oven, and also a covered dish full of veggies. Broccoli, zucchini, grape tomato, eggplant, mushrooms and some olive oil and seasonings. :yum

Re: SO what is for dinner?

This is perfect I was just thinking of what to do for dinner and was going to ask everyone what they wanted. Thanks for reading my mind. :giggle

I have some burger that is defrosting and Glenn wants yams to go with whatever I make. I am lost from here.

Any ideas I was thinking of mashed potatoes and hamburger gravy with yams on the side, but have no potatoes so I would have to go to the store. :scratch

we ended up with grilled chicken tenderloins (marinated in olive oil, bragg's aminos, and oregano), pioneer woman crash hot potatoes, and green beans.

We ended up eating leftovers:) Chicken, baked sweet potatoes with plenty of butter, cream spinach (20 oz frozen spinach, 8 oz cream spinach, 1 stick butter, 1/4 tsp. marjoram). I made wheat-free chocolate chip cookies last night so I'm sure we'll enjoy some for dessert!:yum
