So...does this mean I should quit my black tea?:shifty I :heart it. It's been one of my few things that I *can* have over the years... What hot drink could/should I replace it with? I use herbal teas with caution--Celestial Seasonings and Stash herbal teas add stuff to them that doesn't agree with me. :-/(I think it's the soy lecithin in the CS teas....and Stash told me they use a corny derivative in the teas I've tried from them and not done well with...have been doing wonderfully allergy-wise, but occasionally a pesky derivative of my historic allergies will creep up and bite me. :-/)

I've not found a "pure", herbal tea that I like...and I want something hot/warm to have in hand on cold mornings! Maybe I'll have to check out the looseleaf section of the hfs more closely. I have gotten hibiscus tea before, but quit when I was pg b/c I had read something about not drinking it when pg...

I see that Green Tea is recommended....not really a fan. What about White Tea?

Most with hypoadrenia don't do well with grains first thing in the morning, but an occasional bowl of oatmeal (not instant) seems to be okay.
So wake up feeling foggy/tired and don't feel better after eating?

So, I asked my chiro to check for oil allergy and sure enough, he came up with a rapeseed allergy (canola oil). So, no more oils for me
What testing did he do?

I'm very interested! I'm going through adrenal fatigue for the second time and I can't remember much about what I had to do last time around. Wracking my brain, some of it slowly coming back to me... Need info!

Thanks for posting all of that! I was dxd with AF about a year ago after my Internalist ran a hormone (saliva) test on me. I've had a hard time cutting out coffee. It sucks that you need the thing you aren't supposed to have! LOL She put me on a good multi, in addition to DHEA, Theanine Serene and Nettles.

But recently, after reading the DE/Tapeworm threads I see that all of "AF symptoms" are also symptoms of parasites so I figure it can't hurt to try and go that route to see if it helps. Just thought I'd throw that out there for anyone who hadn't considered it.

I'm going to have to check out this book!
