To Stretch a Bit of Chocolate
Say you had a very small amount of unsweetened baking chocolate and a lot of people to cook for. How would you stretch it so that everybody could have a taste of chocolate? Put it in frosting? Make some kind of mocha drink? Or would it go further in mole instead of a dessert?
