Joyinthespirit--you'd better watch out! That's how I started--a little raw recipe here, a little raw recipe there....then, you're hooked!!!! Seriously though, to my way of thinking, raw food is good for you so ANY amount you incorporate into your diet is most likely a good thing.

Kawani--I can smell your bread from here, can't wait till ya post the pics and the recipe! (Do you think I can do this one in the oven?)

BTW--I made the flax "crackers" yesterday and they were yummy! I did what you did 1/2 seeds, 1/2 water, waited about 4 hours while they got all goopy, then added some Bragg's and onion powder. I spread it really, really thin (probably too thin, but after reading about some people's not coming out so good I opted for thinner rather than thicker) and did them in my oven. I preheated the oven to 200 deg or so, then turned it way down to warm leaving the door ajar. They sure satisfied my potato chip craving and I knew they were really good for me :-)

I just had to say THANK YOU for posting the brownie ball recipes!! I made them today and we ate them all in a few short minutes!! They were so so so good. I didn't even stop my DC , I said have as many as you want and they looked at me funny. I through in some ground flax meal and a tough of flax seed oil to get a few more healthy things in them. I will make a double batch next time. The only trouble was my food processor almost broke!! It was burning up the motor. Any way to get aroung that?? I want to make the oatmeal ones but I am scared I will really break it for good........

Leah, the oatmeal ones can just be mixed by hand. I didn't use a blender for them. :shrug
