Fake Feta, anyone?
 
I found a recipe for it that rocks. Anyone else ever made it?

I've made one from the uncheese book that was tasty-not like feta at all :shifty but still really good

Oh ok!
get some extra firm tofu and drain it and crumble it. Put it into a bag with a little olive oil, redwine vinegar, salt and pepper. Shake it all up. It is pretty good in a salad!

I will have to try this sometime. I love Feta cheese in my salad but cant eat it. THis sounds good.
