I am going to try this tomorrow. Mind if I share it on my food blog?

What's the consensus? Pie crust or no pie crust? Which way is your fav?

Made mine with a chocolate graham cracker crust. :yum Not sure if it's still dairy-free at that point, since it was a store-bought crust and I didn't read the label. :tomato But that's the kind of crust I think would go best...so, for homemade, something like the almond crust Rene just posted, or any kind of df cookie crust...oreo perhaps?

I just made this tonight and, while it's cooling and I'm licking my fingers/the bowl/the spatula, thought I'd bump it for the NKOTB. :giggle

Is there a difference between canned coconut milk and the half gallon fridgerator kind? I want to try this but I don't have a can of coconut milk.

You do need to use full-fat (not lite) canned coconut milk. :)

You could try adding some coconut oil to up the fat. It works for me to do that when I add vanilla to the recipe, anyway. :giggle
