This sounds really good! It's similar to my icecream recipe, but I've been kind of wanting something more pudding like lately. This sounds perfect.

What size is your can of coconut milk? Ours (400ml) are different from US, I think.

Oh my gosh! I just bought a can of coconut milk because I thought it was something I should have on hand! :jump2 Off I go!

Mine says 403 ml.

Too bad I just used up the chocolate chips in cookies. Ghirardelli is the brand for me. The semi-sweet are df.

I've made this for DS twice now without the crust. We call it pudding, and he scarfs it down. :yes
