Butternut Squash fries
 
Has any one ever made them before? I am attempting right now. I hope they are good!

Yes, just cut, toss in olive oil and bake! I did it on 425*, for about 20 minutes. Very good! Made for an interesting dirty cloth diaper later tho :lol

We do it with orange yams or the red garnet ones are really good.

You can toss them with some curry powder or cinnamon sugar, too.
