thank you, Ya i find when i post here i mangae to get alittle bit more done, then other times i am so tired.. i was really hoping to have anemia show up... cuz i dunno its more seeable then depression.
finally started a new load of wash.... hoping to start getting the clothes sorted out more...
well off to gwt some more done.

it's very possible that you have thyroid/adrenal fatigue but usually it won't show on regular tests and needs a naturopath who can treat symptomatically. But you can do what you can do for now and we're here to cheer you on :hug

Some insurances offer discount programs for naturopaths, so that may be an option. Or if you find a provider you like, perhaps they will work with you on a sliding scale payment. :hug2

Do you have any friends or family that would be willing to come over and help you get big stuff done without judgment? (I would if I were there!)
One thing that helps me "see" what needs to be addressed is to take a photo of the room (or outfit, etc.). Somehow when you look at a picture you can see what needs to be addressed first. AND you can see photographic proof of progress. :heart

usually i can get my sister to come help me, she is the greatest at not judging me. just havent been able to get together.
i really need to do a deep organization too. but should probably at least catch up withaundry first.

I agree with ArmsOfLove, thyroid problems can cause significant symptoms even at subclinical levels. I've been tested for thyroid problems many times due to chronic fatigue, so tired you feel like you have no bones in your body, and the result always came back clear, however I recently got much worse with other problems and I tested positive for Hypothyroidism. I am now on Thyroxine and the difference in my energy levels is remarkable!!! :jawdrop I think I have had this for YEARS but it is only recently it became significant enough to show up on those darned tests. I am certain I have Adrenal Fatigue also but I have a jerk of a doctor who won't do tests at my suggestion.

fwiu if you have thyroid problems you have adrenal issues and vice versa. When one is fatigued it falls to the other to carry the burden and eventually they both conk out :(

Mommie - you cleared a lot of floor and space :hug What is the rack by the door? Is that being used as a closet?

I got the clothes hanger to help with laundry it used to be in my kitchen when i had a stackable waher and dryer to help with laundry... well its lost its purpose... aaa. ive been debating bringing it in my room.
I need to do the kitchen and porch and hopefully maintain the living and dinning rooms.

so i get into doing laundry and my benifit card gwts misplaced. ds wanted to go to the storw and grabbed it and what happened afterwards my mind is blank...aaa. but in otherwords ive done quitw the amount of laundry.

ok found it, now i really need to figure out what to do with all these clothes... have them folded.... in bins but really need to figure out where to put them.

on the last load of laundry for the night, it in the washer almost done i hope... i am hoping i can stay up to fold it all. , so i really need to find a place for the clothes. i have been getting rid of what doesnt fit or is too beat up and tatted. I have not matched socks just put them in bags and set a side. I have 3 large bags left on my porch to do and clothes upstairs which cant up to a full bag. i know it seems like a lot but there are blankets coats and towels in the lot. I really didnt manage to keep the dinning room or livingroom clear. the living room as become my clothing folding temperary storage for now. My sister is comming over tomorrow to wwatch the girls sorta hoping shell help out with cleaning a lil ..she usually does.

clothes in dryer, foing to bed.. will restart dryer in morning then fold clothes.

goals forr tomorrow. dishes. find a place for clothes. clear floors.

folded the cloths and washed 2 loads of laundry... ine is i. the washer and one is in the dryer. im with ds at his allergy appt. hoping to get the motivation to fold and dry them.. feeling tired.
