spaghetti sauce ??
 
ok so I like to use tried and true recipes....does anyone have a good one for spaghetti sauce?
We like really thick sauce and have access to tons of tomatoes.....anyone have a recipe to share?

There is a pretty good spaghetti sauce recipe that I use in the thread entitled Summer Canning Menus 2007. It's not super thick, but the longer you let it simmer, the more it will thicken up.
