A paleo-coffee recipe - YUM!
I've been eating paleo an found an amazing, very satisfying coffee drink.
1 cup of brewed coffee 1 tbs coconut oil 1 tsp unsalted butter 1 tsp vanilla Put in blender for 20 seconds or until frothy. Enjoy! :) |

Is this a hot drink or cold?

Re: A paleo-coffee recipe - YUM!
I told my DH about this yesterday. He's a barista, and they're always looking for new specials at work. I suggested this as a "low carb" drink for the New Year's resolution crowd. He's going to experiment with it and see what he can create. :tu

Oh so cool!! I am no barista so I'd love to hear what he comes up with!!!!

Re: A paleo-coffee recipe - YUM!
I'll update if he figures out anything good. Because of the how the shop works, it will probably be sugar-free vanilla syrup and only one kind of fat (I think butter would be easiest), so not strictly paleo. I'm not sure many people eat strict paleo around here. :lol
