I overdosed cough mixture,yikes
 

I overdosed on cough mixture yesterday :jawdrop I've been having a cold with flu like symptoms this week. The last few days I've been coughing really bad specially in the evenings. So we decided I better take some cough mixture so that I could sleep better then I had the previous night.
I stayed up pretty late and before going to bed I took out two kinds of coughing mixture from the fridge. I read the instructions carefully (or so I thought) and then I decided to take one with morphine in it. I then measured the right amount in a medicine cup. Turns out that I by misstake mixed up the rght amount to take and instead of taking 5-9 ml I took 15ml wish was the amount to take if I had choose the other one. :doh It tasted horrible and I had some juice to get the bad taste out of my mouth. within 5 minutes I got all dizzy,sluggish and tired my head felt like a beeshive and I couldn't keep my eyes open and fell asleep after a minute or two. :/ so bizarre and scary. I will be much more careful with stuff like that from now on. Also I don't remember so much from yesterday. I'm just thankful nothing more serious happened. :ptl
