Quick filling vegan meal ideas?
When it's just the kids and me, I want to make quick easy meat and dairy free meals. So far I have egg and tuna meals, but I'd like vegan options that are child friendly. No soups or chilis, I already have those! Go!

hummus on pita or tortilla (with cucumbers and sprouts if you want) scrambled tofu breakfast burritos bean burritos (super easy if you have canned beans) rice with almond milk, sugar, and fruit pancakes cream of wheat with almond milk oatmeal cereal with almond milk :shifty potato pancakes (I make them without eggs) serve with applesauce noodles with coconut oil, salt, and nutritional yeast noodle vegetable soup (I used better than bouillon no-chicken flavor, frozen vegetables, and whatever noodles we have on hand) |
