Thanks. I found some at one store, but when I asked the color, they said it was brownish. That wolf creek ranch site says that the darker the color, the more clay. I'm going to try and see if I can find white at another place. If not, I might just order off ebay. :)

regardless of color, make sure it is FOOD GRADE. that's the ONLY kind that's consumable. :) (just triple checking that everyone knows that;))

My scale was on the blink, so I dug out the old non digital one today and I have lost about 6 more lbs. :) I am not surprised because it was clear my body was getting rid of stuff I don't even want to know about.

..only thing to add, someone mentioned getting constipated. thats a sign that some layer is being peeled off so to speak. message me and if you want we can talk about other symptoms and such and see if we can get that stuff moving so the de can go in and out as efficiently as possible.if you wanna :)

Yes, I was kind of stuck irt weight loss. I lost about 15 lbs on chlorella and was just stuck there. I think I've lost about 8ish more since I started DE. That's not why I was taking it, or the chlorella for that matter but I like that a lot. :grin

I'm not me, well I am me but not her iykwim. :giggle It's fine to take clay and DE. I personally wouldn't take anything at the same exact time as clay, but several hours apart, definitely.
