One of the best GF recpes I've ever tried! :rockon

I used maple syrup in place of the sugar, and only HALF the recommended amount.

Also sub'd tapioca flour for the arrowroot, since I didn't have any, and used Bob's Red Mill GF flour mix instead of the fava mix.

We swirled ours a lot more than the pic reflects, and it's just plain yummy! :yum

They made this today. (repeat)
They also made a brownie.
Think I could just grind my garbanzo beans and skip the fava bean flour?

you coudl probably do that... if you have a grinder that will get the texture pretty close to flour... and if you're ok with the bread being a coarser texture. :)

You can get chickpea/garbanzo flour at healthfood stores or middle eastern/indian stores. Unless you need to get rid of your chickpeas of course...
