Spinach and mushroom frittata for breakfast.
Quinoa kale and white bean salad for lunch.
Vegetable GF noodle soup with peas and mushrooms for dinner (chicken to put in the soup for the kids).

We're going to a friend's tonight so it's a surprise dinner for us!
Tomorrow night I'm planning to make chicken pie, then I don't know for the rest of the week.

Trader Joe's Thai Green Curry Simmer Sauce with frozen stir-fry vegetables and chicken breasts. Delicious. Best pantry/freezer meal ever.

Yesterday was leftovers.

Saturday night was take-out pizza.

Last night had a quick swictheroo of plans so we had chicken and quick gf stuffing with peas.

Breakfast today was a mushroom spinach hash with a few quail eggs on top.
Lunch is kale and canellini quinoa
Dinner should be rice and beans bowls with peas and ground pork.

Last night we had lightened up orange chicken over brown rice and roasted broccoli.

Tonight we're having asian salmon bowls and roasted broccoli again.
