The kind in the tube.
I did an internet search and keep getting recipes for sausage, not that use sausage.
I am looking for non breakfast recipes.
So, not biscuits and gravy or breakfast casserole.
I have 2 lbs to use in the next two days.

On youtube, I found 7 layer Norwegian Casserole by Bonita's Kitchen. (You don't have to do all 7 layers or you could sub a veggie for another) I made this last week and it was so good! (I was trying to use faux meat sausage that my daughter can have......it was really good and she said it was a repeat recipe.) It is GF and DF.

It was very quick and easy to put together and then just cook covered in the oven.

Sausage balls!

https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/21649/sausage-balls/

use it to stuff a winter squash

make a hash with it

Or use it in a quesh which is only kind of breakfast

Growing up I rember a couple of time my mom would get a good deal on sauage, so it would get used in pasta sause and in to meatloaf and anywhere ground beef would be used.

My mom makes a sausage and rice casserole. I need to get her recipe but you might try googling that.

Hash!

Dice potatoes and pan fry with onions (I have 2 specific methods if you need) in a separate pan brown the sausage. When fully cooked mix together with the potatoes. I also add peppers and things If I have them. Top with cheese if you like.

I've used it as a sub for Italian sausage in a pasta recipe when it's all I had on hand. Penne with sausage and kale, sausage and spinach alfredo, etc.

Shred raw sweet potato and add it to the freshly cooked sausage. Can be breakfast. Can also be any time snack. Sprinkle with cinnamon if you'd like.

Pioneer Woman's lasagna uses half sausage and half ground beef. I've made just the sauce before to use with regular spaghetti and it's so yummy.

You can use it in place of ground beef for pasta sauce.

Any recipe that calls for Italian sausage. You can add some oregano and garlic and you won't be able to tell.

Sometimes we have breakfast for dinner.

Making and individually freezing breakfast burritos is s really sanity saver.
