I have a beautiful kitchen window and would like to put up nice lace curtains. I'm choosing lace over traditional curtains or blinds because I simply love the 'old fashioned' feel. I'm going for more of a romantic look to help soften up our new home. I don't have the time to make them right now (though may update the look in the future) and need to get something up asap. So I'm looking for a good place to purchase them. Ideas?

I'm on the other side of the world so can't help but hoping someone else sees this and has some advice :)

I'm not sure, but I would start with Amazon, Ikea, and Target.

I was going to mention Ikea. I bought their "lace" curtains for 4.99. They are not lace. They are more like netting. I like them though a lot even if I wouldn't call them lace. :giggle

JC Penney used to be the best place for those sorts of traditional textiles. Do you have one near you? (The Penney's in the mall here closed.) Target and Ikea tend to have a more modern esthetic.

Something like these?

Might not be relevant to the OP, but if anyone else is looking I have had this one bookmarked.
