Vegetarian Oil Free Crockpot

Does anyone have any vegetarian Crockpot recipes? I am making cabbage and sunflower butter soup right now by mixing up online recipes.
I have been looking for a crockpot no oil ape cobbler it crisp recipe but have not found.
