I use this recipe (https://www.pinterest.com/pin/367747125796617885/) for pancakes, but since I'm allergic to eggs, I sub applesauce for the eggs. We've loved that apple-y taste in the pancakes. Today I wanted to make pancakes but didn't have any regular applesauce; I only had strawberry applesauce. Oh my, the best pancakes ever!!!! I love when I have to sub and it turns out even more awesome than the original!! :yum
