No bake dessert that won't melt in the sun

E is doing a lemonade stand and wants to make cookies or some other dessert to sell also. It's too hot to turn on the oven so w need a no-bake dessert that won't melt in the sun. Ideas?

I'd think Rice Krispie treats would get too sticky.
Someone at the farmers market where actually sells dashboard s'mores..she puts s'more makings in foil and the sun would melt them...that would also be sticky though lol

I'd say rice krispie treats, too. If you're worried about sticky you can always do something fun like this
