I made some baked chicken with onions bell peppers and carrots and some garlic mashed potatoes and cauliflower. I had two decent sized pieces of chicken (thighs) plenty of the veggies and a good 1/2 cup serving of the mash.. Yet 10 minutes after I was sooooo hungry. I seriously craved something carby sweet (like the box of brownies in the cabinet were calling me) I finally munched on a handful of frosted mini wheats and now I feel a TON better.
Still not likely the best choice... :shifty so when you've had what should be an adequate meal and their isn't more left yet your still starving what do you eat?
What about when big time cravings hit how to do calm or satisfy them without going crazy.
