So, I think this is a great idea for us busy bees.

That is one of those awesome ideas that I never actually try. :bag Maybe I will, though, I hate hurried mornings. :ty

I have done this as part of my postpartum prep for my last two babies. It is great.
It does not take long to do and saves a lot of time later.

Freezing the yogurt like that is genius! (I can't put it in because my dh's stomach doesn't like yogurt, but I like smoothies with yogurt!) I buy a bunch of fruit at Aldis when it is on sale, cut it up, and flash freeze it. Then I have bags of each kind of fruit in the freezer. The night before I put the fruit I want in the blender and put the blender in the fridge. By the morning it is thawed enough to blend, so I just add water and spinach. It is much easier than trying to blend frozen fruit (unless you have one of those expensive blenders!) and makes it quick and easy to make my daily smoothie in the morning.

I preblend spinach cubes and squash cubes for smoothies.. But I haven't found fresh fruit cheaper than bulk frozen yet
