What is your favorite homemade Gatorade recipe

For a sickness usually use coconut water but for just general drinking havent tried making at home before

A cup of water
A pinch of sugar
A two-fingered pinch of salt
The juice of half an orange/citrus fruit

I do a pinch of baking soda, pinch of Celtic salt, a cup of water, and enough raw honey to make it tasty.
