What's this spot on my toe?

I have a small, slightly raised, red bump on my middle toe. There is no pain invovled and it's been there for about a week. It looks similar to a blister, but there is no pain, so I don't think it's rubbing on my shoe.:shrug3

Any ideas? I get paranoid when things don't go away and I don't know what they are.

No, I put a salt-water soaked cottonball on it last night for about 10 minutes -- no difference. Still doesn't hurt, but it's been a little over a week now and it's still there.:shrug3

Maybe it could be a wart of some sort?

Maybe. :think I've had warts a long time ago on my feet, and it doesn't remind me of those. But I suppose it might be.

I had a spot on my arm the size of a pencil eraser that became thick skin and felt like it was "bubbling" like a blister but no fluid, too. Just yesterday I checked it (I haven't gotten an appt to a derm yet) and it's actually receding. I can no longer find it on my arm by feeling for the bump. It wasn't painful, either.

Mine is still there. I thought it was getting paler, but this morning it seemed just the same.:shrug3
