Headaches after meals

I keep getting them after I eat meals . I did some googling. I came up with food triggers,post prandial hypooglycemia, or I don't know what??...
I am not sure if its a food trigger because it happens no matter what food but not all the time. Although it could still be since I haven't done any elimination to see.
Post prandial... could be but I have no way to test my blood sugars.
Any suggestions or btdt?
Usually tylenol or advil helps but takes a bit. Its pretty intense pain and only gets worse with noise or time if I don't treat it. Lately its been every day. But not every meal. Most often after lunch.

is there some food group present in most of your meals? Is there something different about the meals where you don't get a headache?

I get headache's after eating any gluten, dairy, or corn.

I was going to say gluten but then remembered I get a headache even after eating chicken salad with no bread. I will have to keep track and see if there is something in common
