Sore Throat Help

I reaped the consequences of doing something incredible unwise the other night (standing watch outside in the damp cold to ensure I wasn't going to be stalked again. . .), which resulted in an allergy attack and a sore throat. :shifty

I wanted to share a remedy that I discovered that's absolutely helping. . .1 TBSP Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar in 8 oz of warm water. You gargle, then swallow it. It doesn't taste terrible either. I wouldn't recommend it with distilled ACV, though. :no

I like the Bragg's ACV drinks in the store. I bet this wouldn't be far off with the dilution.
