the dry, icky inside of my nose

needs help. I have allergies, and I suppose the cooler weather is also part of it. The inside of my nose is dry and bleedy and feels incredibly icky and uncomfortable. I have been putting coconut oil in it for the past two days, which usually takes care of it and it is a bit better, but not gone. Is there anything else I can do? :shrug3

:popcorn I'm having the same issue. I do every year. It's horrible.

yes wuld keep kind of swabbing out with the cocnut oil and maybe use some saline too

often times, there's a deep crack in the skin that is just like a cracked foot. it can take a week or so to heal.
