They have 3, 6, 9 and 36 (!) so I didn't really know what to look for

:think Or if you are clever, you could buy the 36% and dilute it down to 3% and that would be much more cost effective.

But most household uses are for 3% I believe at any rate.

I have 6% one - it's from Boots of all places.

I heard 3-6% were the good enough recommendations but don't have scientific numbers/data to prove for you :)
