Warning- this is about gastrointestinal issues.... may not be for reading while eating, etc.!
my 7 yr old DS has been having tummy troubles for about 5 days now. Hasn't thrown up but says he doesn't feel well (he doesn't describe it as painful when I ask) he complains of feeling full after a bite or two of food. abnormal apetite, not eating as much. foul abundant gas. loose, light colored BM's. no fever.
Could it be IBS? (If it weren't for what's coming out of him I'd actually suspect an emotional cause which I could elaborate more on but no time now).
I know some on here will say "parasites"! :jawdrop If you do say that, please give me specific reasons, links, symptoms and how it could be aquired (without the rest of us having it).
