I'm trying this recipe: http://www.momnivores-dilemma.com/2011/08/flourless-chocolate-cake-recipe-gluten.html

I don't have ghee, or unsalted butter to make any. What can I sub for it?

I'd guess coconut oil would work fine.

If you're not trying to be casein-free, you could probably just sub regular butter. I think coconut oil or palm shortening could also work.

You can sub any fat that is solid at room temp and melts when heated.
