Can I make my period come early?

My periods are horrendous. Ill spare the details. But I'm due to start in three days and we leave in five for Gatlinberg 12 hour road trip with a bunch of teens during the heaviest part of my period. Can u get it to start early?

I can get mine to start early by getting a sitter for the kids and a hotel room for the hubs and i :P Never fails! :lol
