my new dr sells Pure Encapsulations brand vitamins/supplements. Are they any better than say Solgar or Solaray? The 5000IU vitamin D capsules (120) are $27 (the pure website sells them for $26.45) while Solgar is about $17 and other brands cheaper.
She also wanted me to take Magnesium. She doesn't push buying products from her- just that she likes to sell what she feels are good, quality brands and not go to to the chain drugstores/boxstores for supplements which I don't do.
