Treating blackheads on children

My beautiful 7 yr old has blackheads on her nose. :( I know that I need to make sure she cleans her face properly every day (which I admit doesn't happen now!) and drinks plenty of water (which also doesn't happen now!). Any ideas for getting rid of existing blackheads that doesn't involve squeezing them and potentially scarring her nose?
