Pictures of rashes related to food allergy?

Does anyone know of any resources for pictures of rashes related to food intolerance or allergy? My youngest has had a rash since he was 15 months (he is 3). It is all over him but more on arms and legs. Pedi says it is a bad case of keratosis pilaris. But it looks so bad and winter makes it worse. Sometimes he get worse and the little bumps turn to sores but sometimes it is just skin colored bumps. I took him to dermatologist and she wanted to use steroids and alpha hydroxy creams to make it go away but that doesn't figure out WHY he has it.....So I am on a hunt to figure out what it is....

My keratosis pilaris went away when i eliminated all food reactions. so you could both be right. I'm sorry, I don't know any picture resources. Many people have that kind of KP respond to increasing good fats like coconut oil in the diet. When I eliminated my last food reaction, corn I also went to a very high fat diet, so i am sure that helped too.
