I'm beginning to think I have estrogen dominance. Is this something my doc can check for or can I just treat it naturally? After bleeding for two months (spotting) then a few days of soaking a pad every 30 minutes, my doc put me on progesterone to stop the bleeding and "reset" my body. I took it for about a month. I've been off it for a month. But my face is clear. My facial hair has had very little new growth. Could it be the progesterone?
I was taking Megace. I don't know how natural that is. Can I buy a more natural alternative and supplement myself? Have you been helped with supplementation?
