My DH really struggles with acne. I am looking for natural or non-natural suggestions for him.
He has large, sore, red cyst looking bumps all over his body. Back, chest, head, hairline, face.
He has tried various creams, ointments, pills, etc. over the years. Some things seem to help a little at first, but nothing has made a dramatic difference.
He gets particularly large and painful ones around his mouth, especially after shaving.
He has no known health problems except for a liver enzyme definiciency.
His diet is not very good right now, but dietary changes aren't something easily changed for him (he travels with a group for work, and their food is ordered for them).
Any suggestions of what he could do/try? He really hates it and feels very uncomfortable.
