I'm confused about dosage of olive leaf extract. Some capsules are 500 mg with 20% oleuropein. (sp?). Does that mean 20% of 500 mg? the capsules I have now are only 150 mg 18% oleuropein. I think they are the same ones I took last year and I swore by them! But maybe they are a diff. dosage. I don't remember how many I took when I knew I was exposed to something or fighting something. (I was probably exposed to the flu on Tues that's why I'm asking!!! :doh)
so, if anyone has a good link or can tell me the actual dosage recommended for various size capsules (besides what it says on the bottle- the standard take one or two a day.....).
also want to give it to my kids.... I have Barleans liquid Olive Leaf complex for them 66mg oleuropein per tblsp.
