Eucalyptus while breastfeeding?

I've had a cough the last few days, we only had a few cough drops left and noe all we can find are Eucalyptus. Can I take it?

It's not in my Hale's book. I believe it is ok. The biggies to skip or use sparingly are sage, peppermint (other mints too), Parsley and oregano.

I just looked up at kellymom too and I don't see eucalyptus listed there either. :hug

My MW just suggested eucalyptus to me, along with ginger root and honey tea for my cough.

I'm not breastfeeding...but I think pregnant usually covered those bases :think
