I'm seeing the PT that my dd saw who helped her a lot. He has me doing some good stretches and strength building stuff--and he is adamant that we need to stay on the good side of hurting and not overdo things. He is focused on building strength slowly and making sure I see improvement.
I'm super excited because now that I'm sans parasite and my gall bladder doesn't have me bedridden and all sorts of things are improved, I'm ready to get strong and healthy again. I used to love going to the gym and lifting weights and doing all sorts of sporty things! I've missed that so much :pray4
It's humbling, though, to start at the point of stretching to the side and to have my strength building as standing and sitting repeatedly :shifty
