You can mix it in a little water and drink it, or you can mix it in water and snort it if you have sinus issues going on. I think it is fine for bf, as it is often recommended to give it to infants for thrush.

This is how we use it. You only need a couple of drops. It is very concentrated and bitter. Have a chaser ready. I have used it while bf and topically on my ds for thrush. Just make sure you dilute it.
