I've been taking 1200 mg of maca root every night for a few months now, and have increased my luteal phase from 9 days to 14 days. :rockon My question is, do I need to keep it up until I conceive, or is my lp likely to stay at this length even if I quit now?

You would probably need to conitue. I notice I lose the effects of maca almost immediately if I stop taking it.

Should I continue through the pregnancy, our just until conception, first trimester, or what?

I have no idea if it is safe during pregnancy. I would at least continue until you successfully conceived.
