Challenge Two: Winter Readiness: 300 pts: Winter is fast approaching as is winter weather (some of us have already had bad weather). Now is the time to check your winter supplies. Do you have flashlights and do they have batteries? Do you have things you need for heat? Pantry stock for a storm? How about the car: blanket, emergency kit, etc? Get ready!

Challenge Three: Mommy and Me day/date 100 pts/kid: Spend some one on one time with each of your children this week. It doesn't have to be anything fancy, maybe just snuggling and reading a book with the oldest while the littles nap, etc. Just carve out at least 15 minutes of one on one time for each child.

Challenge Three: Mommy and Me day/date 100 pts/kid: Spend some one on one time with each of your children this week. It doesn't have to be anything fancy, maybe just snuggling and reading a book with the oldest while the littles nap, etc. Just carve out at least 15 minutes of one on one time for each child. 100 100 100 100

Y'all know what one of my favorite things about this HHBC is? Doing my daily totals in rainbow colors! :giggle It looks so pretty! :heart Alright, slight derail. Carry on with your cleaning.

I used to love my rainbow of points but I stopped doing it when our computer died and we had to switch to the iPad for Internet. It just wouldn't cooperate. But today it let me make my totals red so maybe I'll go multi colored next week. It's more fun that way!

I really, really love these challenges. :D I've always been too intimidated to join one until last week but I should have been doing these all along.

Y'all. When I do chores . . . I get points! :cheer That is *amazing* to me. Around here, no one notices if I scrub the floor, or clean the windows, and no one ever pats me on the back for having "mama time" or "quiet time". :no This is so much fun for me!

:hug I am glad you are enjoying. When I do these it reminds me to take "me" time and to try and have some "quiet" time.

So I lost track of my points once thursday hit. It has been busy at our house since then. However tomorrow is monday and dh will be back at school so we will be getting back into routine. :)

I kept track of mine, but being the newbie, I'm trying to follow everyone else's lead and not draw attention to myself. (And you totally beat me, anyway!) I have enjoyed keeping track of everything this week, though; it really helps me stay motivated!
