Banana Quinoa Muffins (GF)

They smell so yummy and baked with a perfect texture. They even rose much more than I expected.

Thd only tweak I made to the recipe was to use 1/4 cup brown sugar in place of the artificial sweeteners, and I added some mini chocolate chips.
